Ultrasonics - Automatic Quality Control

Ongoing quality controls reduce overall costs by increasing throughput times and enabling material savings. The following applications for ultrasonic equipment has been developed for "on the fly" testing:

  • Tightness of aerosols and their valves;

  • Tightness of headlights, steel rims, gearboxes (through pressure testing);

  • Tightness of tubes, exchangers, filters, valves (by detection of bubbles);

  • Detection of faultlines through acoustic resonance;

  • Detection of abnormal noise or vibrations in motors.
